Cancellation Policies:

• 24-hour cancellation policy, flexible rate requires 2 days notice of cancellation prior to arrival day (cut off 11:00 pm). First night + tax is penalty.
• Non refundable “Pay Now & Save” offers 20-25% discount requires full payment in advance and forfeit total amount in event of cancellation.
• 30 day cancellation, reservations require 7 days advanced notice for full reimbursment on 20% dsposit. 

Guarantee Policy:

• All reservations require a credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. 100% of stay is due at check-in date. Reservation deposits of up to 100% of reservation can be taken any time prior to check in date. Reservation are deemed non refundable once checked-in, early departure refunds will be charged in full.

• Pet Policy - $25 per night. (max $300 per month)
• Late Checkout - Available - $50.00 per hr - Subject to availability
• Extra Adult - Available - $15.00 (ages 13+)
• Extra Child - Available
• Adult Rollaway - Available - $10 per night - Subject to availability
• Child Rollaway - Available - $10 per night - Subject to availability
• Crib - Available - Subject to availability
• Self Parking - Available - 1 parking spot per reservation. PERMITS MUST BE VISIBLE.
• DURING MARCH, ALL RESERVATIONS WITH REFUNDABLE RATE PLANS MUST BE CANCELLED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO AVOID CANCELLATION PENALTIES.
